Your privacy, plainly explained

This is designed to be the most private place you have ever written honestly about yourself.

Your entries stay on your device

Everything you write is stored only on this device — not on our servers, not in any database, not anywhere we can access. Nobody at Your Inventory can read what you write. Ever. If you clear your browser data or lose your device, your entries are gone — because they were only ever yours.

What happens when Bill reflects on your entry

When you submit an entry for a reflection, the text travels securely to Claude AI and a response comes back. That exchange is processed in real time and is not stored, not used to train AI models, and not accessible to us or anyone else. It works like a private conversation that disappears when it ends.

If you create an account

When you create an account your entries are encrypted and stored securely. We cannot read them. Your sponsor cannot see them. Nobody can access your entries unless you explicitly choose to share them yourself.

Sharing with your sponsor

Sharing is always your choice. There is no automatic sharing of any kind. If you choose to share an entry with your sponsor, you generate a summary yourself and send it however you choose. We never share anything on your behalf.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data or your entries in any form. The business model is a subscription — you pay for the product, the product works for you.

★★★★★

"I'd been avoiding this kind of reflection for years. Distill It made it feel manageable — even on my worst days. I finally understand what's been driving my anger."

Take it slowly

You don't have to figure
everything out today.

Step 4 can feel overwhelming. You don't need to do it all at once. Start with one thought — that's enough to begin.

Your pace

This is a quiet space
to be honest.

Write when you're ready. Take breaks. Come back. If Bill's reflections help, use them. If you just need to write, that's enough too.

Privacy

Your space
stays yours.

No one reads what you write. Nothing is stored or shared. You can delete everything anytime.

If you get stuck

You'll see simple prompts to get you moving.

You can ignore them. Or use them when you're ready. Either way, the work is yours.

"What am I holding onto?"
"Where do I feel resentment?"
"What part of this is mine?"

This isn't a replacement for a sponsor.

It's just a place to begin. Use it alongside the program, in whatever way works for you.

What's on your mind?

No wrong answers. Just write what's there.

Bill's reflection
That took courage.
Honesty is the foundation of this work. Here's what came up for your entry.
Conversation with Bill
Bill is here to help you go deeper — not to replace your sponsor or your meetings.
